About me

My name is Griffin Malcolm and I’m the owner of Malcolm Properties LLC. I started the company in February of 2024, and closed on our first property in May ‘24. Looking to network with fellow real-estate professionals to continue completing BRRRRs throughout the capital region.

I earned my MBA from the University of Albany in 2022 and currently work full-time in real estate as an Associate Product Manager for AvalonBay Communities.

Outside of work, I play on a club ultimate frisbee team, see lots of concerts, and spend an inordinate amount of time managing my dynasty fantasy football teams. Go Yankees and NY Giants!
